Poverty being a huge problem, there must be a solution. And there is! We can start with activism. Activism is the act of spreading the word of something to get other people wanting to help. If other people know how bad of a problem poverty is, they might want to help do something about it.

 

We could then start a fundraiser and get people to donate items/money, or we could get people to buy items. The items donated could go to the people facing poverty. We could volunteer as well, to help around our community.

 

Another way we could fight poverty is participating in local events such as red nose day. Red nose day is an event in which you can purchase red noses to wear. All the money gained then goes to fighting poverty. There are so many ways to help end poverty, and it can start with you!
